From social media to product development 2.0



Searching the web has become more of a job for me than my regular work. I guess I am more involved in this conglomerate called social media, than most people could wish for.
The article (click the photo) explains how products used to be and are percieved now, and how the interaction with the community is now more important than clasic advertising.
